guarantees, obtain free issue products to prove savings to you before you have to pay for them.

Because we work across so many sectors, we have a variety of suppliers to meet all environments
with an emphasis on making sure our recommendations are fit for purpose.

We have products to improve the fabric of your property – cladding systems that provide free
heating, we have products that improve efficiency of a process, we have products for heating
and cooling, lighting, power saving, automatic monitoring and targeting, voltage reduction and
optimisation, solar shading, ground source heat pumps, rainwater harvesting and LED lighting to
name a few. We know what works in your environment and more importantly what doesn’t work.

We are independent and therefore recommend the best product that works for you, not what
suppliers want to sell you with expensive annual maintenance costs.

We have products for new build properties to achieve BREEAM or Building Regulations. We can
cost out the savings and differences between competing products, we can ensure you get the right
guarantees and can monitor any savings.

It is important that our recommendations do not double count savings, we are only happy when you
are happy.

Our list of energy efficient equipment is growing and so are the ways in which you can pay for them.
Some of our products are free issue with a proportion of future savings paying for the capital cost
and install. That’s got to be a no brainer.
