Then we can assess your site to create and produce a feasibility report into renewable technologies.
Our feasibility report can also be adapted to produce an Energy Statement as required by some Local
Authorities at the time of planning.

Our experience and knowledge of the available technologies will examine your property and suggest
the most appropriate technology showing energy savings and paybacks from energy generation.

We work with MCS (Microgeneration Certification Scheme) companies in solar thermal, solar PV,
wind turbines, heat pump systems, biomass systems, heat/electricity-led CHP systems and hydro
systems to supply only the best quality products which will generate the correct returns.

All too often clients are given the ‘hard sell’ with renewable technologies, we do not. We want to
make sure you understand the ‘pro’s’ and the ‘con’s’ of each system and that you are comfortable
that it will work for you.

Our property and manufacturing clients have given us already some of the most difficult buildings
to work with including; those at great height, older asbestos clad roofs, those with tenants in
occupation, those with high energy loads and grid connection issues. We have found solutions for
all these concerns already and installed many systems. We can put you in touch with our clients
who are more than happy to explain that we ensure the client is satisfied. We have sophisticated
software to show users of buildings what energy is being consumed from the grid and what energy

is being generated on site from renewable. This shows to your staff, your shareholders and your
customers a commitment to lower your carbon footprint.

We also have funding packages for renewable technologies if you do not want to make the
investment upfront. For instance, we have a package for Solar PV, which involves you obtaining
free electricity whilst the funder keeps the ‘Feed in Tariff’. We have free issue Combined Heat
and Power (CHP) suppliers who allow you to keep the saving made through reduced purchase
of electricity whilst they keep the Renewable Obligation Certificates (ROCs). Or if you purchase
outright we can show you exactly the amount of income you will generate from the ‘Feed in Tarriff’
or the ‘Renewable Heat Incentive’. We will keep you up dated on changes that will affect your
purchasing decision, like the 50kW PV rule that came into force in August 2011.

We have knowledge of grid connections and can handle the issues associated with the Distribution
Network Operator (DNO), or if you renewable technology requires planning permission we
can advise you on the requirements, submit your application or arm your team with the right
information leading to a successful application.
